What you will do

The 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training (7 days-Starting 21st of every month) offers an in-depth exploration of Yin Yoga, focusing on the practice of long-held passive postures that target deep connective tissues, including ligaments, tendons, and fascia. This training is designed for yoga teachers and advanced practitioners who wish to deepen their understanding of Yin Yoga, its anatomical foundations, meridian theory, and how to teach this meditative and restorative style safely and effectively. Students will gain knowledge of the meridian system (based on Traditional Chinese Medicine), which plays a central role in Yin Yoga’s therapeutic benefits. Emphasis is placed on anatomical alignment, meridian activation, breathwork, and creating mindful, restorative sequences. By the end of the training, students will be equipped with the skills to teach Yin Yoga with a deep understanding of its physical, energetic, and emotional benefits.

Yoga Tirth

Yoga Tirth

The name “Tirth” is derived from the Sanskrit word Tīrtha, meaning a sacred crossing point— a place where the physical meets the spiritual, where the soul begins its journey from the mundane toward the divine. Just as rivers meet the ocean, a tirtha represents the moment where worldly life and higher consciousness intersect. Yoga Tirth is envisioned as such a space—a gentle, supportive passage where seekers can cross into a more conscious, balanced, and fulfilled way of being. At Yoga Tirth, we believe that Yoga is the Science of Life. It is a fully integrated practice which affects all aspects of human life. As an ancient science, Yoga provides a proven way that systematically leads to a point where you can express your full potential on all levels. It is not necessary to have anything other than a willingness to practise. Practise Yoga and you will find that it can lead to a state of being where you can live in harmony with yourself, your environment and those around you.
