Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay or other approved gateways. Prices listed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Code of Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the website, post false information, or violate any local laws. Hosts must ensure accurate listings and safe, lawful experiences.

Limitation of Liability

Mindset Mingle acts solely as a platform to connect Hosts and Customers. We are not responsible for the delivery, quality, or safety of any Experience. Users participate at their own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Trivandrum, Kerala.
